Classic partial back massage (20 min) – intensive relief of muscle tension in the neck, shoulder blades, and lower back.
A second massage of your choice, performed on-site (20 min): • Anti-stress head massage – relieves tension, headaches, and fatigue, OR • Foot reflexology – stimulates energy meridians and promotes whole-body regeneration.
